Good breakfast.
No fridge, no slippers, no bathrobes. The air conditioner wasn't working very well.

Issues with room temperature control need addressing!!! Housekeeping consistency could be improved, particularly cleaning protocols and attention to detail. Unpleasant odors in rooms are definitely not appealing!!!

a modern design, friendly staff, a comfort and convenient living, a tram stop is right beside the hotel. Just only good remembers are left!
too thin walls between the rooms and no tea in the box for a coffee machine :)

Cleanliness of our room
Not at all friendly with Families with todlers. We asked staff to warm our 1 year kids packaged baby food in the microwave & the answer was no.

Clean and seems to be new. Location close to tram stop and minutes distance to train station.
Room relatively small for family.

It was locted at good location, all the fecilities were at the door step of hotel for visiting the city, have a good store inforn of hotel BARKAT CASH & CARRY having all necessary items for living and travelling.

Thanks for making our stay really lovely. Clean hotel with spectacular views, we think it's a handy base for staying in Zurich. The rooms are stylish and also reasonably large. Private bathroom is large.
Not fresh breakfast, it should be better.
